Factors to be considered while buying a plot

Surrounding of the plot

The plot you select should be fertile. There should be plants or grass on the land. There should be no temple, school, hospital, parks etc .

Preferred Location

While buying a plot, one of the major factor that is considered by the families is the added advantages to the existing location of the plot. An Added advantages could be a park nearby, preferred direction of the sunlight, the size of road infront of the plot or a corner location. All these factors contribute to the overall pricing of the plot.

Roads around the plot

A plot surrounded by road on all four sides is considered best as per vastu. A plot at the dead end of the road is not appropriate for construction. However, if the road reaches the width of the plot it will be suitable.

Color of the soil

Yellow color of the soil is auspicious as it signifies an increase in wealth. Red and white soil are also considered good. Black or clay soil is not good.
